How pricing works, before you book
- The discovery call is free. No pitch marathon, no 90-minute webinar.
- Consulting is $500 for an hour, paid only if we both agree it's a fit.
- The OpenClaw/Hermes setup is $6,000 flat. Build engagements get quoted after we scope them.
- If AI can't help your business right now, I'll say so on the call.

Accept the invite
The calendar invite comes from Calendly. Accept it so the call is actually on your calendar.

Know your numbers
Come with your tool stack and the 2-3 tasks eating the most hours. Rough cost per role helps too.

Show up honest
Tell me what's actually broken. The plan is only as good as the inputs, and I've heard it all.
